At DeadStock Broker, we help connect customers with suppliers of surplus, recycled, and used industrial inventory. All items are shipped directly from our verified suppliers to you — we do not warehouse or stock inventory ourselves. That’s why we’ve built this policy to ensure your satisfaction is protected.

✅ What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items:

• 🆕 Product Condition: New or slightly used

• ⏳ Return Window: Must be requested within 15 days of delivery

• 📦 Packaging: Items must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories if available

🔁 How Returns & Exchanges Work

• 📍 Return Method: At a drop-off location provided during your return authorization

• 🚚 Return Shipping:

  • Defective or damaged? Supplier covers all shipping and repair/replacement costs

  • Changed your mind? Buyer may cover return shipping unless otherwise arranged

• 💵 Restocking Fees: None

💸 Refund Processing Time

• 💳 Refund Method: Same as original payment method

• ⏱️ Processing Time: Within 90 days of supplier receiving and confirming the return

🛠️ Damaged During Shipping?

If your item is damaged due to improper packaging, the supplier will:

• Cover repair or replacement costs

• Pay for return shipping
